Voter ID Service Portal 2026: New Voter Registration, Correction, E-EPIC Download
Election Commission of India (ECI) has started online registration for the National Form. All Indian citizens who have completed 18 years of age can fill this National Form. Through the Voter Service Portal, you can apply for a new Voter ID (Form 6), download the e-version of your Voter ID card (E-EPIC), make corrections to your existing Voter ID, link Aadhaar with Voter ID, and check your polling station details.

How to Fill Voter ID Form 6 (New Registration)
- Open the New Voters ID Online Registration portal and select Form 6.
- Enter Your Mobile Number and verify it via OTP.
- Fill Your Basic Details (Name, Address, DOB, etc.).
- Upload a passport-size photo and related age/address proof documents.
- Submit the form. You will receive a reference number to track your application status.
How to Download E-Voter ID Card (E-EPIC)
- Using the ECI portal, you can download the Digital Version of the Electoral Photo Identity Card (E-EPIC).
- To download online, the candidate should register their Mobile No. / Email ID / EPIC number and login with a password.
- After login, click on the “Download e-EPIC” option in the dashboard.
- If you face difficulty logging in, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
